We are a young multimedia production house that has been working mainly for the Dutch and Belgian media market. But as we are expanding we've decided to leave behind working from our monoambientes and having our meetings in noisy coffee places and get an office.
Thing is office space is not cheap here nor easy to find (3y contracts, garantias etc). Any tips appreciated btw.
So we found this great temporary office space on Bouchard in the building of La Nacion where we would initially rent for 6 months to see how things go. But... we're looking for another person to share it with. Rent is about 500 dollars a month for the interested party and that includes literally everything (except parking). And it's really well located.
So anybody wants to share or know anybody who's looking for an office space, please let me know!
