The tiny chino on my street not only has whole wheat flour, but they have three varieties from the same maker (based on the grind I think)! Cervino close to Arabe Siria in Palermo.

They have a variety of healthy foods if you live in this area.
 
I actually just got back from a Disco and sure enough, Joe, they had Pureza brand harina integral! No whole grain pasta, though. The lines were super long so I'll go back tomorrow. Thanks again for that tip, and if I'm ever in that part of Palermo I'll check out your chino.
 
I make my own 7 grain bread and Pureza whole wheat flour has turned out to be very good quality, although I question just how "whole wheat" it really is. When I tried some of the more pure millings of whole wheat flours from dieteticas, the bread was less tasty and chewy. I now use a combination of Pureza whole wheat and whole wheat from the dietetica with very good results.
