It is also a hotbed of ingenuity and engineering talent. Argentina has some of the very best scientists and engineers in all of the world and is basically a more first world, better version of western europe.

Well, for many expats here, BA (Zona Norte in particular) is Argentina as far they know. For many, Ezeiza is as far out as they will ever go. And the villas? Oh, those the mind simply don't register, they are invisible.
And within those parameters, everything Fiscal said is 100% accurate. And I think that was the point he was trying to make in the first place.
