Will anyone be voting in October?

I recently received my DNI so I am not legal to vote, but I feel I have very little information on the politics here.

I am wondering - how many of you vote here? Are there good sources of information on the candidates and issues?
 
For National elections only citizens vote, being a resident does not entitle you to vote.
 
And voting is mandatory to citizens over 18 according to my friends.
except ppl over 65 or 60... they can have the option to not vote.
 
It is definitely mandatory for citizens. I have a DNI so I am eligible to vote in some elections, perhaps not National like Nikad said.

I believe you could vote in city elections, for that you have to get enrolled ( not sure about this process, how, when, where )
