Will Customs Impound A New Passport Sent By Courier?

How much did this all cost sir? The new passport and to DHL it. The whole thing took less than 3 weeks meaning the moment you requested a new passport or just the postage from there to here?

When I did it about three years ago it was £100 or so. The three weeks was from the day I posted my application to the day DHL turned up. It could have been less even.

My daughter changed her UK passport two weeks ago. It took about 10 days to arrive back in Recoleta from the time of sending. Total cost using courier both ways was about £130. When I sent my application by courier last year I had the new passport in hand after 8 days.

Lucky you guys. My eu country requires two personal trips to nearest embassy to apply and to pick it up with fingerprints both times. No mail option available.
