Will My Canadian Tv Work In Ba ?

Hi - I will be moving soon to BA from Toronto, Canada.

Does anybody know if I my LCD TV will work there ? I am assuming I'll need to buy a power converter but not sure if this will make the trick.

Look on the back of the TV for the power info. A lot of them are dual voltage now. It should say 110v - 240v or something like that. You will not need a power converter.

If you get digital cable, the TV will work just fine. Connect an HDMI cable from the cable box to the TV and you'll be good to go.

The PAL and NTSC system TV's in Digital formats should work just fine in any SA continent.
Assuming your Canadian TV set is Digital vs Analog of yesterYears!
You might need a Voltage Convereter if already not built in your TV set.
