Work Visa with Expired Tourist visa

Why dont you just cross over to paraguay and back real quick? Except the fine might be cheaper idk...

Is there a "quick" trip to Paraguay?

Perhaps you meant URUGUAY.

In this case, it won't make any difference.

If the work visa is granted there is no need to leave the country.

If it isn't there really isn't any "need" to leave, either.

LEGIBER will only have to pay the overstay fine if the visa is not granted.

oops, my bad, I did mean Uruguay, and yea makes sense.
 
Hi all, has anyone had any recent experiences with this? Has anyone successfully gotten a work visa that started with an expired tourist visa? Has anyone been denied a work visa because of an expired tourist visa?
