Xoom Or Ria Tax Implications

Hi,

So both Xoom and RIA allow you to send money directly into argentine bank account which is quite convenient. However if you send the maximum allowable amount ($2999), right now is over 42,000 pesos.

Does AFIP allow that to go unnoticed? Would one need to pay taxes on said sum? What happens if the receiving bank is a government bank, such as banco de la nacion?

slightly unrelated - I was recently told that in PAYING a credit card bill, one should never pay more than $4000 pesos at a time; any above that gets flagged for inspection. Not sure about this way but well.... I think you already have a feeling of your answer. Sorry I can't help you more.
