I went to an event there about 2 weeks ago. The official happy hour consisted of only one beer. It was an Irish beer (can't remember which) and was buy one get one for 10 pesos. Of course everyone got one but pretty much no one actually drank it. The beer was terribly flat and tasted awful. Hopefully they were just having a bad day or trying to unload some crap beer with the happy hour...
