I think it does not really make sense to change the Euros in Dollars because the rate that the bank will pay you to change the money in Dollars will equalize the small percentage you might get more when you sell them again in Argentina. Of course it depends also a little on the Dollar/Euro...

I did the test last week. First went to the Hospital Fernandez, there they told me the results would take about 20 days but it is free. Then I went to the Hospital Alemán where I had to pay 200$ and got the results 3 days after.
