Parrilla Pena ended up being my favorite parrilla by the end of my stay in Buenos Aires. I preferred it to La Cabrera, Don Julio, El Trapiche, La Brigada, El Desnivel and others. The tira de asado was great, and it was there that I had the best bife de lomo I'd eaten in BA.

Yeah, I guess it's not exactly cheap... But it's more affordable than what you'd pay to see bands of that magnitude stateside. I'm paying US$75 to see Muse in New York next month, and I can't remember paying anything less than US$50 for top-tier bands anywhere the past five years.
