Was very impressed by Optica Numag at Plaza Armenia. Got six pairs of Biofinity Toric for 29000 pesos which is actually cheaper than in the UK. Turned around in two days and just used my old prescription from the UK. Not very hard at all.

UK MasterCard still sending me "refunds" to make up the difference about 4 days after transaction. Got a bunch today and yesterday.

Anyone know if you get the MEP rate using a MasterCard debit card at an ATM?

Looks like my Halifax Clarity Mastercard (it's a UK credit card) is still just charging at official rate and not then refunding the difference to get back to MEP. Is there anyone who's still finding they aren't getting MEP rate (or close) on their non-Argentinian cards?
