Funny, most people sending me with a foreign PayPal usually pay more. If you know it’s just 1% great. Payoneer to Payoneer perhaps, but at some point the money has to be withdrawn to actual funds, and AFAIK that’s where charges come into play.

The other issue with PayPal is that unless it’s a US account, there’s a nice fee attached. For a substantial sum, a simple bank wire is cheaper. Payoneer isn’t free either.
