    Looking For A Personal Trainer

I know a good personal trainer. She charges about $80p per session which, thankfully, doesn't last quite an hour. I don't know if I am allowed to publicise her email address here but you can send me an IM.

Any Reviews On 'bamboo' Salon For Weddings.

I know it as El Campo Del Bamboo, I think it's the same place. I've been there a few times and I will be there again on Sunday for a civil party. Bear in mind that I know the owners, but that's not the only reason my friends and I keep going back. The food has always been good and everything...

    Buying A Bike In Ba

There is a bike shop on Scalabrini Ortiz, I think around 1800. I found them to be pretty good and knowledgeable

Mcdonalds, Starbcucks and Burger King to be closed down soon!

From: http://www.usingenglish.com/reference/idioms/no+smoke+without+fire.html "This idiom means that when people suspect something, there is normally a good reason for the suspicion, even if there is no concrete evidence." Sounds good enough to me!

    San Telmo meet-up?

Spend a couple of hours in the Gibraltar pool room and you'll probably meet some friendly people who will let you know what else is going on in San Telmo and when.

    Bicycles in BA

I've bought some accessories in a bicycle shop on Scalabrini Ortiz (1600 I think). I liked the attitude of the owner and the quality of the things I bought there.

Argentina's Sergio "Kün" Agüero becomes a god in Manchester, England

As a City fan I can tell you that we love Aguero and Zabaletta. Although Aguero has had a great season so have Silva, Toure, Kompany, and Hart. But I don't think any of them deserve a statue quite yet. In general we were sad about Tevez rather than angry. I don't mind that he returned to play...

Interesting rip off by a forum user - mercadolibre

I don't really know if it's immoral or not, I haven't thought it through. But what a great idea. I'd probably feel frustrated that someone was making money from me without my permission but I might be quite pleased that I got the price I wanted. But then, surely if someone searches for your...

Bs As bars showing English football this Sunday?

Gibraltar in San Telmo opens at midday and usually shows premier league matches. I don't know if they will open early for the United match.

    How is this area?

Hi Xeneizes. I'm a guy and I live in an apartment on Carlos Calvo near the corner with Peru. I have been out until the early hours on many, many ocassions and I have walked many of the surrounding streets on my way home and I have never felt threatened. I love living here, it has a community...

Crispy chilli beef in Buenos Aires?

On New Year's Eve I cooked a meal in a hot chilli sauce paste that I bought in China town and it was very hot! I could barely eat it and an Argentine friend was in tears. I don't think you'll get that hot in a restaurant here.

    Bike and spanish course

I went to the bike shop at Scalabrini Ortiz 1600 to buy a helmet. They were friendly, seemed knowledgeable and the prices seemed ok. I think they sell 2nd hand, not sure.

Has anyone done the CELTA course in BA?

I did the course last June and I mostly agree (not so sure about "fantastic"). I'd certainly recommend the course and the tutors. I have been giving private lessons for the past few months. I haven't had any great hassle but then I only have a few students and the number is increasing...

    Totally dumbfounded: can anyone explain

They don't bother me and I don't notice them. It's very strange because usually I am a prime target. I think they must avoid international, sophisticated travellers. Our blood is probably too rich for them
