Any ideas how to dial to a 0800 (toll-free) number in ARG from the US? I have searched all over and no fixes.

Go to the web page of the Argie company...and search for a 011 xxxx xxxx number For calls from abroad....

I hunted around way back when, and don't believe it's possible.

It is not possible, but you can use skype or google hangout to call regular numbers for a very small fee.
