I posted a query a while ago looking for a particular item only available in BA (I am in the UK), and through joining your forum I found someone that kindly helped me out - so this is just a thanks to the forum in general, as the means of my getting in touch with that person. Nice to know there are people willing to help out a complete stranger - thumbs up to the expat community.
