Actual cueva prices versus what's listed online

I went to visit my favorite cueva this morning. They were buying USD at 914 and selling for 950, which is somewhat different from what's listed online

The websites were showing 910 and 930 in the morning. My cueva was paying 905. Then in the afternoon, the prices went down even more to 890 and 910.

It's an informal market - the rate isn't going to be exactly what's listed online, and the rate can fluctuate throughout the day before it's updated online.

I usually find the blue to be within a couple percentage points of what's listed online.

There is very little going on. Everybody is waiting until past Dec 10th.

I usually get within a few pesos of the Dolar Hoy rate at the caves I go to

They have been paying up to 20 points below the listed values in the microcentro. I stop going to a cueva there until they get their act together. I am changing elsewhere in the mean time for the actual rates.
