Ha ha, and when flights are empty of passengers, will not take long for them to decide, "flying to EZE is a money loosing proposition" and CANCEL the route. We will be back-packing our luggage in and out of Montevideo.

I've lived under both. I see some behavior in the K that is is reminiscent of the C particularly where maintaining family in power, campora, isolating the country.
If, as mentioned before re: Argentina becoming like Venesuela... I would imagine K taking a more C like MO.
