I guess you're right. I know I would if I had to, I actually read about halfway through it and I'm not even considering citizenship (yet). However most people would freak out seeing 620 posts.

Yes, but it isn't maths. Some judges accept it, some other freeze the case until the second year.

Nothing.
It is your lawyer who can use the recusal without cause when you start the case if he know that this judge is going to freeze the case.
After that, it is all about legal debate to make it happens.
I cannot acchieve sucess always (nobody can) but I acchieved that instead of rejecting the case, they freeze it.

This country is a republic. To publish a sentence is part of the control of the acts of government.
