Bacon..where to get it?

US bacon = pork bellies

Canadian/British Isles bacon = pork tenderloin

Even US bacon is smoked/cured a bit. I'm pretty sure that it isn't just out and out raw pork.

Bacon does not do a body good, but it is riquissimo.
