The only place where rolls can be enjoyed is the Bar Gran Danzon. All the other places are very bad.

I like Farang on Cerviño, Palermo Botanico. They often update their FB page with the fish they have on any given day. Last time I went they had both red tuna and angel fish. Lots of interesting small plates of non japanese food as well.

Farang was right across the street from our apartment, so I tried it several times but found it uninspiring. I think the best in town is at Club M (http://tinyurl.com/kc7r8j9), above the Bar du Marché, but it ain't cheap.
