Banned from entry for 8 years

Normally is by e mail. But you can try.
My flight was via Rio and I opted to leave in Rio to be closer in case there’s there’s any way I can change the situation or perhaps worst come to worst fly to Uruguay to be able to see my partner if only for a few days. I will go to the Argentinian consulate in Rio tomorrow and also communicate with my embassy in Argentina to ascertain what options are available

I don’t think so. He wasn’t the only one. I have rejecteds from the US (3 last week) and from Russia (1 this week).

Was it possible to stop any of the depotations (with or without a judge's order)? Had any of them already applied for citizenship through the Federal Court either before or after the decreto of 2025?

Here is my "all time favorite" thread (from 2025) on the topic of multiple overstays:

Since this first became a topic here, it has been clear that the denial of entry was always up to the individual border agent and there appeard to be far more warnings that actual denials.

The two most important questions I cxan think of at this point are: based on the decreto of 2025, denials with a multi-year ban on reentry are more likely going forward, even for someone like Vossos, who only had one (1.5 year overstay, and if claiming that you are an "inhabitant" by saying so ("I live here.") when trying to reenter without "legal" temporary residency will prevent instant deportation.

Only 2 were my clients. Habeas corpus are on. One is waiting abroad, the other un the underground jail at Eze. In my experience, people who is rejected are those who does not follow my directions and they arrive on Friday or just before a holiday or those who has a previous Digital Nomad Visa, a deportation order or a criminal case or all of them together.
