As a civil engineer, I am familiar with some of the countries in the Ezeiza- Canning area.
I could reccommned c.clubs like LAGOS DE CANNING, o San Eliseo. They are almost complete, but you can buy a good lot for about 45 Gs.
Or buy a completed chalet for 200-300 Gs. They seem very safe, with strict controls to get in, etc.
Of course, dogs, alarms and insurance are a must everywhere, like in the good old USA.
