Birth Certificate from BA

Hey. I'm trying to get my grandpa's birth certificate. He was born in BA. Has anyone tried getting birth certificates in BA while not being in BA? I'm wondering if they'd send it to the US and who'd I need to contact for it. Then I also need to get an apostille for it.

On another note, I also need the marriage certificate which would also need an apostille.

Any info would be great.

These guys provide the services you need, request the certificates using internet. They mail it internationally and provide other services.

Just read on the City's official site that they do extend bilingual certificates. But most requests require you go personnaly or send some one to pick the certificates.
The stuff that it's not on their system takes a long time and they charge you extra to send someone to dig it up from the archives.
