My impression is that high end restaurants are still cheaper in BsAs than in the US though much more than a year ago. For wine drinkers, prices are a lot lower here. A bottle is often cheaper than a single small glass of wine in USA. Some places like the parrilla talked about on this forum are ridiculously overpriced and should be avoided in my opinion. The average places in BsAs seem to be relatively poor value nowadays. I don't eat fast food anywhere but I hear that MacDonald is more expensive here than in USA. It's unrealistic to consider price without considering wages in Argentina vs USA. A few elite restaurants are still relatively busy but they seem emptier than a year ago, except maybe on weekends. The rest of Latin America is more class oriented than Argentina which has a bigger middle class with higher expectations. It doesn't surprise me that a high end restaurant in Lima or Mexico City could be priced like the USA. I think in those countries only the tiny elite population even think about that kind of dining.
