I think 78 USD is a hefty fee, and it is quite misleading to advertise as free something that cost that much.

How strange. I had received deposits in Euros on a couple of occasions (just like you through their Citi Bank Frankfurt account) and was never charged a cent extra. Exchange rate was fair too.
