Buses in Capital

Does anybody know if buses are operating normally and if there are restrictions regarding who can use them? I have some things I need to do around the city during the coming weeks and don't have a car. I am hoping I can catch buses like normal, but someone told me they are restricted and only for essential travel.

You’re going to be OK as long as you wear a mask. I use them all the time to get around the city.
So far, no problems.

i thought they were going to backtrack and restrict them to essential workers only?

regardless, i doubt anyone is going to check that closely anyway. if they do you can still use cabs or uber/cabify

I've been taking buses quite regularly recently without issue, no checks are carried out.
