Yes, I have done it. Precaria or disposicion granting residency is enough. You don't need a DNI.

Yes - mine was the same as was that of others whose I saw (coming from Brazil)
There was no sanitary control at EZE other than a thermal camera and migraciones asking to see PCR test results... plus what could be considered a “voluntary” control once outside of the terminal building if going to CABA.

Ah well at least you told the truth! They don’t even look at the form to be honest so will probably be ok. You’re still doing a covid test + 7 days quarantine so don’t really know why it matters
