The salary of public employees froze between 2012 and 2014.
* In 2012, the two complementary salaries (bonuses in our case) to public employees, retirees and pensioners were eliminated.
* Between 2012 and 2014, early retirements were discontinued.
* In 2013 the working day was extended from 35 to 40 hours per week.
* Without the exchange policy tool, the devaluation was internal with a fall in the labor cost of 8% in three years (2010-2012).
