I will be in BsAs for two weeks and want to rent a cell phone. Is there any place to do this and what would be the best deal.
 
Why don't you just by one with a prepaid sim card.
We bought one for about AR$150, very basic but does the job. Also being basic, it's not even worth nicking :)
