Hi guys!

I just arrived in BA and will be staying there for 4 months. I was wondering what would be the best solution if I want to get a cell phone. I read about phones you can get for 40 US$ and then buy cards to load it... What do u thing ? Anyone who'd like to sell his cell because he's leaving the country ?
