Hugo obviously had a thing in his ear so that he could wax on poetically for hours at a time without looking at his notes. His blank stare into nothingness as he would wait for his next line was often see in the US as well when W was the president. In fact, I'm pretty certain that W used an inner ear piece during debates. No facts or photos to back up my belief, it's just the way he would talk... until he went off script and spoke his mind. Which always was a quilombo.

But I can't click on any speech by CFK. Why they let her talk so often is beyond me. She's just in NYC to shop and hang with her daughter in that ridiculous flat that was purchased with Argentine taxes, pero bueno.

I caught the ending of it where she talks about people believing in witches and them
being real or something like that. You could tell the translator was having a struggle
then because he paused a few times, likely thinking she's nuts. He only knows the
half of it.

By the end she was comparing the Vulture Funds to Hitchcock movies and it was time
for dear leader to end her speech.

It's a shame because I don't disagree with her on everything and like some things she's
done, but she makes herself look stupid when she rambles, yet she doesn't care...
