Yep, every single withdrawal fee is refunded. Really, between the online transfer options, no currency-exchange fee, and ATM rebates, I see no reason not to have Schwab (especially if you're living abroad.)

What online transfer options are you referring to? Is there a reason the online transfer options are particularly useful in Argentina or are you just saying in general?

Citi's ATM fees are usurous. Legalized extortion is normal bank behavior.
