I'm from Chicago, considered the most corrupt city in the USA. I hope that the new mayor can make a difference and improve the lives of its citizens. She has a big job facing her against the corruption in City Hall. I voted for the first time 50 years ago this month in the local election, so I was watching coverage of the runoff.
