Chiropractor

I second Birgit! She's incredible and is doing an excellent job fixing a couple of major long-term problems I have with my neck and lower back. She uses that plunger you mention (affectionately known as her 'pistola') as well as acupuncture too. https://sites.google...birgitbrunshoj/
I highly recommend her!

I saw Birgit about a year ago. I liked her personally but the massage was extremely painful and the next day I could barely move. I normally get very strong accupressure and am used to intense massages, but I was yelping the whole session. But if others have had good experience with her I'm happy because I thought she was very sweet.

Did you have a chiropractic adjustment? Because you're scaring me here...

anyone know of a chiropractor here that is an "upper cervical specialist"? Not exactly sure what it means but for my uneven hips a spinal surgeon recommended I find me one of those.
