This is not an uncommon dish in the south. I've had some amazing chorizo hash in restaurants in Louisiana.

Just to disagree , there are 2 main dish choices, Pork Or Fish , for those that don`t eat Pork.

Both dishes are presented at the same level , side dishes are written in smaller print.

Seems hard to image a Dover Sole Meuniere with a Chorizo and hash potatoes along side B)

btw, you are wrong! Those are not two main dishes. The main dish is the Dover sole, the side item served with it is the chorizo hash. The first dish with the kale is the appetizer and the last dish listed is the dessert.

Here's the thing - White House staff would have spoken with Macri staff regarding the planning of any food served. It's all very coordinated. And, chorizo (sausage) with potatoes is not an Argentina thing it's a U.S. thing.
