Interesting info for those who would like to follow their case. I was playing around on the Poder Judicial website to see whether this would be possible (with very low expectations). To my surprise and after very little digging.... You can search your case by name or by expediente number. It shows the much of the paper trail and the last action taken on the case.
Can find here. http://scw.pjn.gov.ar/scw/home.seam?cid=681136 They also have a FAQ pdf for legal community and another for a lay person. And a user's guide. Apparently you can even register for updates. Wow. I don't know that it would have saved me any follow ups, but it's nice to see the progress. It might save me a call to find out when there is a sentence. Could I really get an email of the sentence?
I don't if it's updated relatively close to real time, but I see action on my case a week ago. I can also see that my wife has a dispatched document that states she has completed all of the items required by law 346 (and the subsequent laws) it closes by saying "pasen los autos a Despacho para resolver." That's sounds good, no?
