Claro prepaid plans unadvertised...

I just ordered a new phone and I want to do this. I have some questions.
  • Do I have to go to Claro to sign up for a prepaid plan and get a chip? If so, where's the best place to go?
  • Is the amount still 6000? I was trying to get info from Gemini AI, and it said the amount is now 7000
  • I just sign up and immediately do the recharge?
  • I can sign up immediately for Claro Pay? Are there any restrictions?
Any and all help and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You go to claro and get the chip only...do not buy a plan from them. Yes, it's now 7000 for the amazing plan...if you have a bank account here it's easy and if you don't then just go to any farmacity and go to the register and say claro plus your phone number and deposit 7000 on your phone number....do nothing else...it's good for 30 days...pm me if you need help further.

2GB? Seriously!? People are getting excited about that?? I have 5GB per month for 8793 Pesos on my Personal plan, including all the other things as well (unlimited calls, unlimited texts, free WhatsApp, 500MB free at night...).

The 2GB is just a bonus for adding balance to the account. With the 7 thousand pesos you top up, you can also buy another 6GB if you want. So, essentially it is an 8GB plan with unlimited calls for 7 thousand pesos, Or 3,500 pesos if you pay through Claro Pay.

For comparison, the regular price of an entry-level 8GB postpaid plan from Personal is 53k pesos. It looks like you have some kind of a promotional price right now, but they will switch you to the regular price at some point.

Isn't it 2GB a day, renewed every day?
I'm very sure ..I've had the plan for over 3 years now ..it renews every day!
To get the plan you simply deposit 6000 onto your claro account...do not use any other amount... exactly 6000 p...you will get 3 text messages confirming it's active. One tells you when the 30 days expires, another when the 6 month expires for the accumulated account at Claro and the last tells you of all the additional benefits like nights for free, etc

No, it’s 2GB per month, not per day. It’s enough for occasionally checking emails, but not much more than that. If you need more, you can buy additional data separately.

By the way, I think other companies charge you for 500MB per day on their prepaid plans, even if you are on Wi-Fi all the time, and there’s no way to turn that off.

Frank, it's 2 gig a DAY, hahaha...renews daily...so it's 60 gig...I've had the product for 3.5 years!
And, that's not the most exciting part...that 7000 you deposit does not disappear...it stays in your claro account for you to spend it on claro products making it a free 30 days!!! I've used the saved money to buy packs and for roaming to other countries...

I'm not the only one with this product...come to the Tuesday in person get together and meet others if you are sceptical...or just spend 7000 and see for yourself. You'll see the 7000 doesn't disappear from your account in miclaro...and see the 2 gig renews and is fresh the next day

OK, makes more sense when you explain it that way. This is what I have:

We’ve had the plans for some time, maybe we have some advantage due to that.

Personal is the fastest network anyway, which is more important to me. And their 5G buildout is going fast, it’s already in Escobar and Pilar, in Zona Norte.

I like free for 30 days....lol and 60 gig a month
I used personal inside my apartment....where I used their fibre optic
