You may try to turn the the plug from you Mc up-side-down.
Sounds crazy but it sometimes it works.
Get it fixed right.
Don't sit there and get shocked nothing on the Internets is that important.

The part that connects to the wall from the block part of your power cord doesn't have any sort of proprietary connection, its the same connection that tons of electronics use, only with a lot of extra white plastic. I just bought a length of this cord with the argentine plug on the end and use it with my normal mac powercord


To clarify:

Get something like this only with the ground included.

Most electricity shops will have something like this instock. I paid 20 pesos for mine

I just bought that part at the Mac store in Recoleta and I have the same problem. I'm at another coffee shop. I'm going to try to the advanced power strip now. Also, I searched online and it seems this is a common problem. My Mac's first problem!
