Cool Commies... Che Guevara As Fashion Chic

I sure feel old.
I heard this exact same series of arguments in 1969, when Che Guevara shirts became fashion chic the first time around. And again, and again, and again, every 2 years since then.
Face it- people wear them to get old fogies like you to start spewing spit when you get indignant. Its funny to watch.
They have been doing it for almost fifty years, and it still gets the same reaction.
If people forget who Che was, teenagers in the future will find some other offensive thing to put on their shirts.

A masterpiece....!!!

If they allowed Cubans to migrate to the US how many would be left in this paradise of literacy and free health care...??

Che Said the only way for Socialism to take over Power is to Eliminate the Bourgeoisie...via the armed revolution...!

Must judge Che by his success history in Angola,, Cuba. and Bolivia
But in Bolivia he got fusilladed, Amen...

I doubt half the teens wearing Che shirts have any idea who he was.

Both Donald Trump and Jane Fonda T shirts have been available for years, and both are worn, ironically, to annoy old geezers.
You can even buy Trump for president in 2016 shirts, and nobody who is wearing one of those besides the Donald himself (and he doesnt wear t shirts) is serious.

Of course they dont know, or care, who Che was.
neither do the kids wearing Nikola Tesla T shirts, or the ones wearing the Frank Zappa as Che T shirts.
Thats kinda the point.
And it seems to be working.

That says a lot about how screwed up humanity is. He was a criminal, a racist, a homophobe, an authoritarian and a murderer. Those who support him are either very ignorant or as criminal as he was.

From a very practical perspective I would add a bad military strategist and an even worse field commander. He got untold numbers of his men killed and was a constant thorn in the side of Castro.
