Luka Magnotta aka Eric Clinton, Kirk Newman and Vladimir Romanov is an internet nutcase who is desperate for fame.

He has also been linked with Karla Hamolka in the past. He's filmed himself killing animals and posted the videos on youtube and now it seems he's killed a guy in Canada and sent parts of him via the post.

They reckon he might be in Europe now but there is also a chance he's gone elsewhere.

Expats here should keep an eye out just in case this nutcase has decided South America might be a good place to try and hide.

i read he wrote some blog a while back on the 'best way to evade the authorities' if you ever needed to disappear. this included how to change your identity, get new documents, where to have plastic surgery done for cash, how to travel in disguise etc.
but then the sicko kept using his canadian cel phone in both France and Germany.
oops.

and he was eventually caught by being recognized...
