Cristina's Court "reform" Goes Splat

I have said a hundred times that, in order to be the new Peron and Evita, they did good things regarding to improve the institutions.
The SC decided against the government who elected most of its members. This is independency and I wonder what are going to say now those who claimed that the Court was addicted to the government.

I agree the Court showed independence, but the current government did not "elect" most of its members. It chose them and they were approved by Congress.
