Dengue vaccination? Should I? Where to get?

I’m heading to Brazil soon with even more dengue, but even here in BsAs the mosquitos are everywhere.

Is the vaccine considered safe? Has anyone had it? Where can I get it (I have no health plan)?

Vacunar (vacunar.com.ar) say they have it, no appointments, just walk in. Regarding safety, you have to decide yourself, it’s an attenuated virus, no mRNA or anything modern like that, and it’s approved in the EU.

I got mine at a Vacunar center, I didn't need a prescription. You could go to a Stramboulian center too but I believe they ask for a prescription. I had no side effects.
