Did Justice Die ... James Comey ?

Under the circumstances, he probably did the right thing. Would you like your wife to become a widow?

Normally I'd support an indictment, but not in this case when it would increase the chance of Trump becoming president. Comey went with the lesser evil I'm glad he did.

The "Big Fix" was clear when Bill and Hillary met the AG (Lynch) on the plane and BHO announced he would campaign with HRC before Comey made the announcement not to indict.

And FWIW - I have a friend who's a muckety-muck in the FBI. According to her, HRC is not exactly a fan favorite in the bureau. If they could have charged her and had it stick, I'm sure they would have done so. It's not exactly a hotbed of democrats in that area. The problem is the law is very clear that it has to be shown to have been done intentionally and with malicious intent. They didn't charge her b/c they simply couldn't meet the burden of proof. His report was pretty scathing about how she handled email but in opinion, there was no evidence it was a deliberate crime.

But again, far be it from me to stand between someone and a good conspiracy theory.

Now they can concentrate on indicting Bush, Cheney et al for war crimes. Or even investigate Republicans for doing the same thing. http://www.thespectrum.com/story/opinion/2015/04/01/republicans-misused-email-accounts/70813868/

Never thought about that.
Yet, it`s still no comfort to choose between ... "the frying pan" ... or ... "the fire" !
"Electric chair" ... or ... "Injection" ... choice is all yours !
