Divorce

Hello,

I moved to Argentina in 2016 following getting my girlfriend pregnant whilst living in Los Angeles (im originally from the United Kingdom) we moved to Argentina so my girlfriend had family around her, we then got married so I could stay there. The relationship broke down and I moved back to the United Kingdom in 2019.

I was wondering how I would go about divorce in this scenario? I have done numerous internet searches to no avail.

I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work out.

That being said, it's best to go via the civil registry of the same province in which you married, i.e. if you got married in CABA you'd go through the process of getting divorced in CABA.
