We were burgled once in Spain and had left our lovely dog out to guard everything, but unfortunately she must have just licked them to death.

Does anyone here know if killing a dog is illegal here? especially someone's pet?

It is highly disturbing that one of our members wants to kill a pet. And it's also disturbing is that the community has not spoken out. This is a desperate cry for help:

I don't think anybody necessarily claimed to want to kill a pet. The person asked if it were legal to do so. It was a very vague question open to several different interpretations.
