Dollars from ATMs

We need dollars to pay our rent tomorrow. Are there any bank ATMs that give dollars as well as pesos? It would be great not to have to pay more because of the rate to exchange for dollars.
 
ATMs give dollars ONLY from Argentine banks' dollar accounts - not from foreign accounts.
