Ayacucho cambio is not bad for Palermo. 885 today and they also seem to accept USDT but I did not ask, downside is it is very public with no boxes so people can you trade. Good for a quick swap.

Cuevas can charge as little as 3% for exchanging crypto to pesos, depending on the day and the amount. You need to arrange it ahead of time if you want to exchange for dollars, which they can also do.
