Santiago F: Ricardo Alfonsín (son of former president Raúl). The problem is, whoever non-peronist is in power will have the unions (Moyano, especially) against them form the start, and that is a big hurdle to overcome. First, something has to be made to diminish the power of these corrupt union leaders like Moyano.
