It says that an "Explosive device was set off", so I think calling it a bomb is close enough. It is close to my house and I saw all the windows that it broke in the office and the garage next door.

Maybe it was the mistake of the EU, they should not have their offices at that place,

kind of like the reaction of Argentina on the reaction of the EU on the nationalisation of YPF:

Why is that statement more idiotic if coming from an American, compared to a Dane perhaps? If anything, I would think the reverse. And if it's possibly one of the more idiotic statements you've read in a long time, you either must not read so much, or you have a tendency to exaggerate needlessly.
